Our Road Map is broken down into 7 phases.
Phase 1 Sunshine Coasts First fresh Goat Milk Dairy
9 - 10 months timeframe
This will be our major focus for the next 12 months and all available funds from Milk subscriptions, donations and our existing funds will be focused here.
Phase 2 Agritourism
12 - 18 months timeframe Noosa Goat Co is part of FAN (The Food Agribusiness Network) We will be working with them, Noosa Council, NDIS and mental Health Networks to not only promote our region but also support those in need within our community
Phase 3 fresh goat Milk Kefir
12 - 24 months timeframeOnce Phase one is completed we will add fresh Goat Milk Kefir to our product line
Phase 4 Regenerative Farming
24 - 30 months timeframe
We will be researching and developing the best way to first regenerate the land we are farming with the goat manure in the stables to liquify it and create systems to spread across the land if there is excess this could also be another product range for regenerative farmers
Phase 5 Probiotics and Nutraceuticals
30 - 36 months timeframe
We will work in partnership with leading Australian ingredients provider and laboratory team, who develop nutritional molecules for the health industry for not only humans but the pet industry to
Phase 6 Fire Management Systems
36 - 40 months timeframeTo create a closed cycle, retired bucks, does and wethers will be hired to graze areas to minimize reseeding of weeds and create fire barriers in local communities
Phase 7 Cleanses and Health Retreats
40 - 52 months timeframe
Once all products are registered with approvals we will work together with health professionals to create a product and service that utilises the goodness of goats both for their mental health properties as well as the fresh Goat Milk products
