An article from back when I had my political stint a couple of years back.
One of the first things I was told by my holistic health practitioner when I was at deaths doorstep was to get a water filter and stop drinking fluoride.
This evolved to me getting a whole house filter to remove this deadly toxin as well as heavy metals and other nasties and now we are on tank water completely cut off from town water and use a fluoride free toothpaste.
Back in the day though I didn't understand much about fluoride I just thought it was good for my teeth 🦷 but with not too much research at all I found out how destructive it is for the human body.
I can proudly say I have been fluoride free for almost 15 years and could never go back.
My clarity of mind and connection with my spirit has evolved so much and I can honestly say removing this neurotoxin has had a major part in it.
The fact that it's in any water source in Australia is criminal.
I'll leave you to do your own research but as my mentors passed the wisdom onto me to remove fluoride from my life I pass it onto all my clients to and strongly recommend all my friends and followers dive deeper into this subject.
