Project Vitality - Network Marketing
I laugh when people say network marketing is a pyramid scheme as it always comes from people that have no idea about real solid generational business models.
If it represents any pyramid it would be the Rich Dad, Poor Dad Pyramid by Robert Kiyosaki who is a big fan of network marketing.
When I look at doTERRA for example the inner of the pyramid Products, Legal, Systems and Communication run incredibly of course its not perfect but for a multi billion dollar company its runs amazingly smooth.
Products - They have exceptional products and their range just keeps getting better, my new favs are the collagen and choc - whey protein powder.
They also harvest, make, pack and send the product direct to your door.
Legal - They deal with all the legality complexities across all the countries they deal with, this is a massive task and they do it so dam well.
Systems - I can literally introduce the oils to anyone, anywhere in the world all through the back end system, then it does everything for me, all I have to do is talk to people and show them the power of the products.
Communications - They have customers service available 5 days a week, constant educational events in person and online, content on all social media platforms explaining everything about the products and the people behind them.
Cashflow - I get paid every week and every month without fail for almost 9 years.
Quick weekly cashflow for those who are more active in getting new customers, plus monthly cashflow for loyal customers who regularly order.
So ultimately the core parts of a business are all covered these are the areas where most people fail in and get to a point where they cannot scale any further.
The outer layers Team, Leadership, Mission
Team - The corporate team are amazing, I know many of them personally now and the culture in doTERRA is also incredible with those on different teams who don't financially benefit from each other, we all support each other and there is no competition.
Leadership - The calibre of leaders I have met in my time in doTERRA is next level, I am the man I am today because of these incredible people. Honestly some of these people are literal Angels in human form.
My favorite event of the year is Leadership Retreat because it always makes me level up as a person.
Mission - They have a mission which is to Triple their impact globally, which also aligns with my vision of helping burnout professionals reclaim their health and have more connection and purpose in life.
Plus doTERRA is heavily involved in supporting and freeing human trafficking and domestic violent victims.
So here's a call out for those who are looking for more in life, I would love to co create with you, is it easy no, is it a challenge that's worth it, bloody oath its the best thing I have ever done in my life.
Of course I have my days, as we all do but when you are surrounded by good people who are committed to making this world a better place you know in your heart you are in the right space.
