Project Vitality - The Power Zone
Following on from my conversations about dogmatic eating styles eg strict Vegan/Carnivore.
Many people initially go on these diets because their health conditions get chronic.
They get great results for up to 3 years but then generally their health starts to decline as they are too dogmatic and forget to listen to their bodies.
Some go on for so called ethical reasons but unfortunately most of this is greenwashing by giant corporations that know they can sell shit highly processed foods full of vegetable oils which cost nothing to make and are incredibly destructive for the body as long as they put the word vegan on it.
Whilst I am not a fan of manipulation of people by corporations my main concern is people don't listen to their bodies.
One of the first things I teach people in my Project Vitality Mastermind or my new Vitality Sprint is How to get in the Power Zone with the food they eat.
This is something we as CHEK Practitioners are taught to master.
If you look at the top of the diagram it has short and long term responses for too much Carbohydrates and how you can adjust.
The bottom has the same but for too much Protein.
In the middle we have the Power zone plus some health tips to the right.
Check it out and do a quick health audit of yourself.
Do you spend most of most of your time in the Power zone or do you fluctuate between the extremes.
Also what chronic conditions do you have.
