Lets Talk the Hormonal System ultimately its one of the body systems that's most under attack and its a societal problem.

The reason I say its a societal problem is that the factors that affect our hormonal system are socially acceptable they are actually encouraged and you are look as if you are successful or one of the cool kids if you participate.

Our Pineal and Pituitary are heavily affected by screen time the blue light that's emitted from your phone, tabs, computers, watches and the sheer amount of it completely screws with your internal guiding systems. Every time you look at any of these lights or in fact have the lights on in your home your hormonal system thinks its the midday. But hey you have to hustle right got to always be on socials, catch up with the news, latest series you have to spend more time online than offline. THATS SUCCESS!

Soy Junkies Not only is this one of the most destructive products to the environment as its mono cropped and mostly GMO it also causes disaster to your thyroid but hey soy lattes are oh so cool add some cheap and nasty vegetable oils onto that with some quick on the go food and of course sleeping is not that important so lets push the body to see the minimal hours of sleep we can get before we drop dead, have a major accident or breakdown.

SUGAR so bad for the immune system but everything is loaded with it, plus we are also taught to be fearful of everyone and everything so we block and protect our heart.

COFFEE Got to have your cup of coffee to start the day. It starts with one then moves to 2, 3,4 then infinity and beyond. All the while destroying your adrenal glands making you dependent and addicted to coffee as a source of energy.

Ovaries/ Testies 
For women its birth control tablets and devices that completely screw with their systems and have major long term health effects. 
For men its porn and getting laid telling the boys you got laid and your classed as a hero.
The questions are never asked was she energetically aligned with you, was their a heart connection? 
Everything above is interrelated as each part of the human system is connected.
The challenge for so many people is that the habits that they have in their life are so engrained that they literally do not know where to start.
To get healthy and happy, happy is a word not talked about enough in wellness programs but its the core of it as to be truly healthy happiness is a must.
The truth of the matter if you have gotten yourself to a point where your hormonal system is fried its going to take a good part of 12 to 18 months to get back on track.
The problem is this isn't sexy but its the truth for 12 to 18 months you are going to have to be bloody committed and after that you will have your body and happiness back.
For most though its easier to try a 30 day challenge do one of them every 3 months and be back exactly where they started in a year.
