I wrote this a year ago and it still annoys me to this day and ultimately why I created my 12 month mentorship program.
I sat back for ages and watched and witnessed shonky leaders and coaches, at first I just complained but thought I guess I better to step into the world as the more genuine leaders that step up the shonky ones fade away.
The problem Is there is a gap between how many people need help and how many leaders there are currently.
The ones that should be leading and are really heart centered and genuine are doubting themselves so the narcissists just saw the opportunity.
It's why I want to work with the genuine leaders that know it's their destiny to step up but haven't worked through their confidence issues yet.
As CHEK Practitioners we are not GURU'S and we always teach people to never believe a word we say.
We are not revolving door practitioners our goal is actually to be obsolete as quick as possible by empowering you to tap deeper into your own wisdom and discernment.

The new age community leaders have a lot to answer for as there has been a very subtle manipulation that has taken place.
It's super subtle and even someone like me who is so sensitive I need to live out on acreage just to function properly also missed it.
It has helped those that manipulated it to be praised as gods and goddesses and helped them create massive amounts of wealth whilst keeping a group of innocent souls who are soul searching in a forever spiral of searching all because they are looking completely in the wrong place.
The challenge is these events, books, podcasts, etc give out endorphins and make us feel good that are subtle enough to make us feel like we can but then never be able to integrate it into our life. Its super dark shit.
The solution is more time in silence, more time in nature, more time tapping into your own wisdom.
Technology and information will never be the answer as you are the technology. Everything you receive from outside is a distraction even if it's spiritual.
Inside your incredible piece of technology is all the light (Information) and love (Creation) that you need.
Stop giving your power away to Guru's and tap into your own greatness.
