I lied my business is in 19 countries not 15.
It's interesting how you can lose belief in something has actually been there for you the whole time.
I posted yesterday about how I had just finished four years of pretty intense study with the CHEK Institute which I'm super proud of.
The only reason I was able to do this was because of my doTERRA business which not only funded the thousands of dollars it costs to do the education but it also gave me the time to commit to studying.
However I had lost a bit of belief in my business as it had dropped about 30% during the plandemic.
However I really acknowledged the depth of what I have today. I have not missed one paycheck in the 8 plus years I have been with doTERRA, in the time my pay dropped I did not run one workshop or to be honest even talk about the oils with anyone, pretty close to 2 years of doing nothing apart from maybe a random social media post from time to time.
When I was thinking about it, I was like what business can you do nothing for two years and still continue to get paid, I honestly can't think of any.
I then logged into my back office portal as I wanted to see how my little UK team was going, last time I checked I think it was around 30 or 40 people which I thought was epic from only running a couple of workshops whilst I was over there, it's now 161 humans.
Majority of my team is still in Australia and that customer base is around 5k which I was quite active in travelling around and building but now I have team in countries I've never been to and it's so awesome to see the power of network marketing.
When a product works and people get results they just naturally share, less than 1% of the people in my business are builders most are just happy customers and some share with family and friends from time to time but still it grows.
With doTERRAs range expanding beyond just the oils with collagen, protein powders, fibre and greens, more top quality supplements, a no tox cleaning and hair care range I'm feeling that litte buzz and tingle inside me again.
With Freedom being my top value doTERRA has not only given me freedom in my health the lifestyle I have had because of it is pretty phenomenal.
I've also been getting some coaching from my business strategists who explain about separating your business from yourself.
This had actually already happened but emotionally I was still attached to it being my little business rather than the international business that it already is.
My shift is now into creating the best systems of support for all existing customers and any new ones that come my way.
Plus bringing in the new builders who understand the power of a borderless business, who are hard workers but know they will never get the same level of freedom from climbing the corporate ladder.
I'm specifically looking for business minded people that have solid connections in India, China, Indonesia and Phillipines.
The South East Asia market is ready and I want us southern hemisphere peeps not the Americans to lead the way.
So over the next 12 months I'll be focusing on working with my private group mentoring clients in the Living The F*cking Dream Blueprint as well as creating the systems to expand my doTERRA Business into supporting 100,000 families with the first goal being 10,000 families.
Anyways I'm just stoked I've been sitting on a gold mine that actually brings me so much joy and fulfilment and I can't wait to get back into it.
