HOW doTERRA ESSENTIAL OILS GAVE ME A LEVEL OF FREEDOM I COULD NEVER IMAGINE!!!
Many of you are aware that I have been doing doTERRA as business for over 8 years now and whilst yes the business has given me great freedom that is not what I am talking about in this post.
I am talking about the freedom from the invisible mental and emotional traps that had held me back in life and were making me miserable.
The destructive patterns that had at one point in my life served me to keep me safe but had stayed long passed their overdue date.
How did the oils help?
At the beginning i didnt really logically understand it but I felt a shift something changed inside me the first time I smelt the oils, through research and education I understand now on many levels what happened to me.
First the woo woo stuff. Throughout our life we all entail trauma's in these trauma's part of our soul leave our body which leaves us fractured and distant from our true essence. What I experienced when i first smelt the oils was my fractured parts coming back into my body knowing it was now safe to come home. Sounds cray cray but its legit and too hard to explain in words as its a feeling and a knowing.
On a more science based logical explanation, what happens is the oils help to change the chemical processes that happen in our brain which helps change the patterns we continue to recreate.
The reason we continue to create these patterns is we are functioning from the reptilian part of the brain (The Survival Part).
We are using less than 10% of our brains capacity through no fault of our own. The oils help us access more of our brain and ultimately remove default programs and replace them with optimal ones.
