Words of wisdom from drunk old Aussie surfer guy

Words of wisdom from drunk old Aussie surfer guy l met a few years ago.

Never let an argument last to sunset.

There are many times since then I have ignored this wisdom, I think many of us do, we let pride get in the way, wanting to be right rather than happy.

Is there anyone in your life that you could lead the reconciliation?

From a health perspective sometimes relationships dissolve because they are not serving us, however sometimes the lack of resolution, forgiveness, empathy is actually making us sick.

I see it so often with clients they hold onto things, pride is just above anger on the Dawkins energy chart, to shift through it you have to use courage, then neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason then finally get to the vibration of love, then joy, peace and enlightenment.

So you can see by being in pride its not really being in optimal potential of what we can achieve.

There is also a massive difference in pride vs being proud of yourself.

In today's world we seem to celebrate pride in a peculiar way it seems the more diverse you are the more you should be celebrated rather than be disciplined at something you're passionate about and sacrificing to achieve something phenomenal.

Not many in our society do this and we seem to want to just give everyone a blue ribbon for being alive.

There is nothing wrong with being proud of who you are and the challenges you have endured but after brief levels of celebration its time to get back to it.

Is there people in your life that you need to apologize to, clean up some discrepancies, times when you went against your core values?

When you clean up these things it releases cords that have been draining your energy and your health and vitality starts to thrive.

Just something to think about which could help you to get towards your dreams 🙂
