Money

#projectvitality - money

That face you make when you start the day with reducing just under $25,000k off your tax bill.

Lets have a chat about money, until a few years back I always had on hand a pretty disposable income and if i ever needed some quick cash I just jumped in a sales role for a week or two, I have the flexibility of also having an income which pays me whichever country I am so generally I have always saved money whilst traveling.

However although I thought I was prepared for the plandemic as an intuitive I knew it was coming years in advance it still knocked me off kilter.

I lost my home, 2 out of my 3 income streams, made some dumb investments, including a lemon of a car and my main income also took a hit.

I had also been working on a project for two solid years which I had put my heart and soul into and then did not get any reward, this was crushing to my self esteem and self worth.

I also sold my investment unit which although not my perfect home had always been somewhere i could crash and work from.

So i faced a situation of being cash flow poor, with some investments locked in for a couple of years or not worth selling, plus an accumulation of bad debt.

I also found myself in a small country town with a car that was unreliable to go far so did really fall into defeat for a little bit.

As a man society really looks at your worth as what you are doing and at that moment in time i really just needed to heal.

I also had my goats and as silly as it seems, as it probably would have been an easier option just to sell them, I felt a duty and responsibility towards them, I also really don't think I could ever go back to city living my soul feels alive being on acreage.

It's quite an interesting place when you are trying to get yourself out of a hole, eg I still have a good income but my debts from past mistakes were heavy, you feel the weight of the world on your shoulders and its sometimes hard to see a way out.

I was getting letters from the ATO saying you owe money and fine after fine, but I just didn't have the capacity to deal with it all as was just trying to get back on my feet.

I also think as a society we need to have these vulnerable conversations as social media seems to only show everyone winning and the more we realize that's fake the quicker we heal.

I decided to focus on getting my health back, restoring my nervous system getting my joy back as when I am in this space I can actually make money really quick.

Of course I used everything I teach others but had started to neglect myself.

I now feel like I am coming out the other end, tax sorted, court papers for car processing this week, and a potential place to live long term in an area I love.

I'm still not completely out of the woodworks yet but business is growing again, my doTERRA business is back on track, my coaching business is making momentum both under the new Branding That Health Dude and Noosa Goat Co has pretty much sold out of kids for this season with birthing starting this week.

I'm just putting this message out there for those that are in the thick of it, I'm always here to have a chat and understand that the best is yet to come although you might not see the light there is always a way, there is always sunshine after even the darkest of storms.

I wanted to give a shout out to a few special people.

Alina Fiona driving me around and helping me get my car sorted and good banter.

Sally Griffiths Naturopath memes hahaha and of course great spiritual guidance.

Samantha Bulloch your patience with me especially when I ask the sake questions about my bee hive 🐝

There's also loads more of you all the boys from men night once a month I always look forward to the chats

A few of my old school mates

The Landrover crew for helping me to stay sane.

And there is loads more

I guess I share this so people realize they are not alone and there are so many people out there that truly give a shit about you, you matter.

Onwards and upwards oh and if anyone has one or two days a week of manual labor work, I'm keen, I realized how much I actually need to get outside and get my hands dirty and the rest of my businesses thrive when I do this.
