endless scrolling to find your next hit of happiness

Morning enjoy your day of endless scrolling to find your next hit of happiness.

On a serious note this is something we need to be really cautious of as the next step is putting on VR goggles and living ready player one style.

I am also someone who can easily get pulled into scrolling my phone.

Whether it's searching for the next fear article, conspiracy or corruption, spiritual and personal development teachings, ways to make money, be a boss, crush it in the entrepreneurial world, dating sites and porn, constant streaming of TV shows, movies or sport, we are addicted to technology.

check your phone or device and see how many hours per week you spend on them.

My challenge for you is two things have a cut off of technology for at least 12 hours a day, for me I'm aiming from 7pm to 7am.

This means my phone isn't the first thing I look at in the morning and not the last thing I look at before bed.

Yeah the world outside of technology is tough, we have to feel our emotions, we have to sit with our boredom.

This is where the magic is created, it's where we have our breakdowns and breakthroughs.

We came to this planet to feel, the human experiences is the most challenging and noblest in the universe and only the most advanced souls come here.

Find your tools to help you to be more present for me it's essential oils, goats, the sun, the ocean and gardening.

In the west we have lost our way and are stuck in our heads, technology when overused or relied on to feel becomes a trap and we are very close to being fully voluntarily jumping in the pods like from the movie the matrix, where we live in a falsified version of bliss and stability.

The alternative is the raw and wild bellowing emotions that lie within and whilst feeling them all can be the most brutal thing you ever experience it also makes you feel alive.

The beauty of this free world is you get to choose, reach out if you need support, you've got this.
