I am so sorry you have been treated this way!!!
First of all lets have a serious chat. Adrenal Fatigue is one of those illness's which is fobbed off by many medical and health professionals and society as something that is all in your head.
I believe its because you can still function in normal society so it looks like you are doing fine.
Little do they know for those suffering with adrenal fatigue the very act of getting out of bed is a victory itself.
The only way to describe it to those that have never experienced it is imaging having a full nights sleep and waking up feeling like you have had an all nighter on the town.
You are physically and often times emotionally exhausted, the very thought of getting out of bed with the constant lists of demands on you is overwhelming and the thought of pulling the blanket up over your eyes and going back to sleep is like a dream.
The problem with the medical profession and health professionals is that they either don't know how to test it, or its not on the government approved list of tests that are funded or they just don't know how to see it and feel it.
The only reason I know is I had adrenal fatigue for such a long time that it is super easy for me to see it in others plus I have been on the revolving door of practitioners to find the ones that get it and will help you get the results you need.
The problem with society is those that overwork and do not look after themselves are generally praised which creates a completely dysfunctional society. One that needs COFFEE to wake up. The fact that this doesn't send alarm bells sounding shows how disconnected from our bodies we are. We have created jobs, deadlines, responsibilities and lifestyles that are completely out of sync with natural rhythm and Lore. Have you ever seen animals in as much as a rush as we are, the funny thing is we think we are more advanced.
Now lets get to the real problem YOU. Now before I go any further I know how tough it is and I know its a struggle and you are doing the best you can.
But I also know your heart desires change and sometimes a little tough love helps.
Here is the list of things that you know you shouldn't be doing but probably still do.
Go to bed late
Drink too much coffee
Have too much sugar
Over commit to tasks so your there is never time for joy or relaxing.
Put everybody else first.
Drink alcohol
Make poor food choices
Don't drink enough clean water
Stress over every little thing.
Hows that working for you?
Now the good news is the solution lies within you. Bad news is depending on how far your adrenals are gone its a good 6 to 12 months to get back on track.
You are also going to have to live your life different to society but thats ok because the reason this has happened to you is so you can be a guide for those as their world comes crashing down. Society will break down, its already happening as people cannot constantly run their bodies to the ground and expect them to just carry on.
Business and life in the future will be back in sync but for many they will ignore it just like I did until their body completely shuts down and forces them to stop.

You know that you can't keep on the path you are on. You can choose to change now or later up to you.
For some including myself I chose the hard way, which in turn is the most expensive way and of course the most brutal.
