A lot of people think I just sell and push essential oils.
Did you know that I have a strategy behind what I do? Want to get inside my brain I'll give you a glimpse!!
First off my top strengths are Strategic and Executing.
So to sum it up. Strategic is to Think, Create, Learn then executing making sure things are done the right way.
Now let's get inside my brain.
My life experience up to me getting my first kit of essential oils was pretty much the opposite of health.
Whilst yes in my younger years I surfed a lot, I also drank lots.
Also was pretty fit when I lived in Jindabyne and worked for Perisher Blue however I was only fit because I snowboarded most days and drank like a fish and ate crap food the rest. I was at the peak of my fitness when I was in the Army Infantry Reserves.
Then I moved to Surfers Paradise where I worked in bars, Then made the shift to club crawls where I stepped into the world of commission only sales. I lived a great life where I partied all over the world earning great money and even bought my first property. After my body packed it in from too much abuse. I started on my Holistic healing journey and started my own personal training and holistic health business.
Then 3 years later I started to use the oils.
This back story is important to explain my strategy and why I now do what I do, without this life experience I may have missed the opportunity and would not have the skill sets and wisdom to help people.
When I first started to use doTERRA I fell in love with the oils as they helped me up-level my health in too many ways to explain. It was then and only then when i was open to learning about the business as my heart couldn't actually sell something I didn't believe in. It's actually one of the main reasons I left the club crawls my heart just was not in it any more.
As I had been working in direct sales for over 7 years I actually was super excited about the compensation plan as I could see the possibilities and that my growth was only restricted by me. The main reason was that through my health challenges I could see everyone was on the same path to exhaustion, illness and unhappiness as I was.
I had also tried to help people with one on one and group training but realized I was limited to helping people as it was exhausting and time consuming and that my skill sets in the 7 plus years of sales, discipline from the army plus the fact that I loved travelling and had friends all over the world was severely being wasted.
doTERRA actually was the first thing that came into my life that not only gave me everything I desired, which are mainly based on freedom but also which I never grasped before, a deep desire to help people achieve their dreams of health and happiness.
It gave me the Freedom of how I do my business, freedom of where I do my business, who I do my business with and no cap on what I can generate.
Strategically I knew that if I really wanted to help people and make a big difference in the world I needed to be paid in my sleep as the energy I expelled would be big so I would need to work hard and rest hard.
This is where doTERRA ticked all the boxes, I could combine my years of study and living holistic health, my years of direct sales, my years of managing sales teams, my discipline from the Army, my love for travel and meeting incredible people, and every single personal development book, course I did, even my spiritual experiences in plant medicine and Intuitive connection to the future and higher realms, ultimately I could actually be myself, every single part of me even the parts I had shut off so I could fit into the world.
I saw, I felt ultimately, I knew that humanity was going to go through a great shift and I needed to be dam grounded to be able to help as many people as possible. Unexpected things that have happened along this path is that I have become a better person, I have had to grow through so many sabotage patterns way too many to count. I have had the biggest heart-opening experiences in my life again you just cannot describe what if feel like when people tell you that you changed their life, you gave them hope, they regained their health because of you.
I have also never been so proud in my life of how incredible human beings are when they commit to their dreams. My Leaders and customers in my team are so incredible and I love each and every one of them in all their uniqueness and quirks.
I also have physically had the experience of doing humanitarian work, if you want to get your world completely turned upside down and realize how much help people need but how grateful people are for the littlest of things e.g being just grateful for your presence then this is something to look forward to.
I also have a fire burning in my belly as through doTERRA I have been made aware of the atrocities of human trafficking, child labor, child sex trafficking and organ harvesting that at first make me fucking pissed off that this existed but then gave me hope that through the whole way the oils are sourced, communities are supported and the fact that we are fighting against these disgusting crimes by giving people back their sovereignty so stopping these crimes before they can even happen and then also working with organizations that dismantled these pedophile and human trafficking rings.
Last of all, I have never been surrounded by so many good people. Good Men and Women who truly actually give a shit about the world and have not given up on humanity. So there you go that's a small peek into why I sell essential oils, why I will never stop and why I will be raising the stakes and calling you in.
