Cowshit and Pseudoscience are my Jam.
I can't wait to have my own land again one day, first of all to provide a safe haven home for me, my future family, my mum, (and my goats) but then also my grander vision.
My vision is about 200 acres all farmed Biodynamically and also using Biogeometry to plant trees in exact locations so they are in the highest resonance.
The home for me and my family will be about 10 - 20 acres of the property, mum can have her own space of a few acres to and the rest will be part of my big vision and creating a model that can be duplicated in multiple locations around the world.
The farm will also have a start of the art holistic healing and education centre on it with multiple small dwellings, it will be run and operated by victims of human trafficking giving them the opportunity to first heal, then an opportunity for employment if they wish to stay on.
All food grown on the land will first provide for all those that live and work there, then to under privileged families in the local areas of the farm.
A rough estimate for each project would be about $5 to $10 Million dollars depending on what country, land size etc.
The most expensive part of the project would be the land but I can see as the project makes momentum land and also funds will not be hard to find.
This will be my legacy work my bigger vision in life and I highly recommend you all have one as it helps create an internal drive that will stretch you to be the best version of yourself.

The photo is of the vortex created by me mixing for 1 hour. every 20 to 30 seconds you change direction.
Then you spread the magic dust across the land.
"Biodynamic agriculture is a form of alternative agriculture very similar to organic, but it includes various esoteric concepts drawn from the ideas of Rudolf Steiner (1861–1925). Initially developed in 1924, it was the first of the organic agriculture movements. It treats soil fertility, plant growth, and livestock care as ecologically interrelated tasks, emphasizing spiritual and mystical perspectives. Biodynamics has much in common with other organic approaches – it emphasizes the use of manure and composts and excludes the use of synthetic (artificial) fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides on soil and plants. Methods unique to the biodynamic approach include its treatment of animals, crops, and soil as a single system, an emphasis from its beginnings on local production and distribution systems, its use of traditional and development of new local breeds and varieties. Some methods use an astrological sowing and planting calendar. Biodynamic agriculture uses various herbal and mineral additives for compost additives and field sprays; these are prepared using methods that are more akin to sympathetic magic than agronomy, such as burying ground quartz stuffed into the horn of a cow, which are said to harvest "cosmic forces in the soil".
No difference in beneficial outcomes has been scientifically established between certified biodynamic agricultural techniques and similar organic and integrated farming practices. Biodynamic agriculture lacks strong scientific evidence for its efficacy and has been labeled a pseudoscience because of its reliance upon esoteric knowledge and mystical beliefs.
As of 2019, biodynamic techniques were used on 202,045 hectares in 55 countries. Germany accounts for 41.8% of the global total; the remainder average 1750 ha per country. Biodynamic Methods of cultivating grapevines have been taken up by several notable vineyards. There are certification agencies for biodynamic products, most of which are members of the international biodynamics standards group Demeter International
