Lifestyle is one of the pillars I will be covering in my 12 month Academy.
The fact that some do the below just so they can get exercise in before work shows me how out of balance many are with natural rythym.
3-5am is also the time when the lungs are repairing, one of the most important detoxify organs of the body, so if you are wake up in this time regularly you are doing some serious damage to your body.
If there is one thing I have leant in my years is anytime you consistently sacrifice your body fir money, job career you end up spending far more trying to repair the damage you have done in all areas of your life.
You should not have to adjust your lifestyle around work your work should adjust around your lifestyle.
If it doesn't you should be spending every waking moment to shift that.
Money is a powerful tool but if you are using it at it's optional vibration it will provide freedom if however you have been trapped into slavery like so many maybe it's time to reclaim the life you deserve.
You and only you can do this problem is most people don't know where to start, they don't know their core values and do not have a step by step process.
