Those of you who have followed my journey will know that I have in the past suffered from depression and anxiety.
One thing has always helped to clear my mind.
Barefoot Beach Walks followed by a dip in the ocean. It's the best and powerful on so many levels.
It combines grounding so connection to the earth. When grounding the earth will absorb negative energy and recharge you with positive. I'll do a whole post on the power of grounding.
Sun to support with Vitamin D
Moving the Body which gets the water and blood to shift in the body which also gets stuck emotions to move.
Plus the ocean which is cleansing, clearing and refreshing.
Add leaving your phone at home and you have a detox from technology.
Plus without your phone. You will hear the birds, the waves and the sounds of nature.
