Who wants a little more cheer in their life?
Cheer is a good old mate of mine and here is when we hang out.
Whenever I feel like I need a little bit of uplifting cheer comes for a visit so on those bouts where rain is constant and I'm not seeing much sun in the diffuser it goes or I use the roller on my wrists.
On a deeper level I use cheer whenever my soul needs uplifting or I need to tap into the deep roots of my solar plexus chakra and bring forth my self worth.
Some people don't know that self confidence is one of the themes that I have been working on for a long time, many of us who are empathetically sensitive actually put on weight around our stomach as an energetic protector as we feel so much challenge is this then plays on our confidence.
Ive been really focusing on leaning into feeling whilst at the same time shedding the weight around my belly.
It's a deep rawness of fully allowing and being seen and I'm loving the process.
Cheer and the other oils from the emotional aromatherapy kit are key oils I use for my deeper spiritual practice.
Clearing out patterns on a generational level.
These oils aren't for the faint hearted as many of us hold onto so many stories, most which are not even ours.
So if you are wanting that deep and powerful uplifting of the soul it's time to hang out with cheer regularly.
And remember if you don't have the oils yet just reach out there is no time like the present.
