Are you grumpy AF?
If so hows that going for you?
If you look at our world its full of miserable unhealthy people.
People that are trying to find any quick fix to try to band aid a situation.
Whether that be Meditating like a GURU, Smashing their body at the gym, Going from one fad diet to another and pumping their body full of supplements.
Problem is that the underlying cause is most people don't know what happiness is and are trying to find it outside of them.
Have you sat down with yourself and thought honestly what makes you happy?
For most people including myself sometimes we drift so far away from who we really are we actually are not aware of what makes us truly happy.
When you do this process you have to be really tough.
Many of the things is actually because it makes others happy.
Staying in jobs, friend circles, playing it small, staying in certain clubs or social groups.
If you are numb to what really makes you happy here is a process.
Get some paper or cardboard and colour pens or pencils.
Find a quiet space where you can have at least one hour to yourself. (If you can't do this then my advice for what its worth is to ask for help as much as being independent is great we are designed to be interdependent )
Draw or right anything that makes you happy.
Feel your body where does this make me happy?
Now for those of you that are as lost as I once was try the reverse.
What are the things that make you unhappy, overwhelmed,anxious, depressed, stress.
Try these core areas of life.
Relationships, Career, Spiritual Practices E.g just because your parents did something doesn't mean its aligned with you. Location of where you live.
These should give you a start.
Until you lead from your heart your health will always suffer. When you do what you were truly put here to do your health with thrive
