I've been doing a lot of what many people would consider mundane tasks.
Painting, cleaning out gutters, removing fences, pulling up decks, moving dirt, pulling weeds, and truck tons of washing as noosaruralretreat has been busy.
To top it off the internet hasn't been working properly for over a month.
This has given me an incredible amount of time to contemplate, imagine and just BE.
After all we are human beings not human doings.
People think meditation is something you sit down with your mala beads, a white shirt, zen music and essential oils enchanting their sacred space.
But what if everywhere was sacred and every moment was too.
This means you could be fully connected to your magnificence every moment throughout time.
It's pretty radical. Life is boss and so are you.
