Rainbow mountain

How times have changed, a big shout out to my entrepreneurial friends who have adapted that’s what we do.

Personally I have spent majority of the last year gardening, upskilling and taking the time to ponder on my next move, whilst in the background getting all the moving parts working, I’m soon to relaunch my new website which will be kick ass, I’ll be offering high end one on one, group coaching and courses for adrenal fatigue and spinal pathologies and health retreats.

I’ll be doubling down on teaching about sustainable business, doing videos on ancient and traditional health remedies plus tons of homesteading tips and tricks.

Our world has changed forever you can try and hold onto the old or embrace the new, the beauty of a free world is you get to choose.

Here are words from Amy Carmichael two years ago when we were in Peru

• Rainbow mountain •

Mountains are sacred in Peru  especially the Andean mountains  they are the fathers APU.

At 5,200 meters it’s no joke that the altitude causes some headache, shortness of breath and a little fatigued but it’s well worth it!

The colours are formed from the copper and minerals naturally occurring

As we trekked up we had multiple condors too flying over us!

Nicholas has made it clear after 4 days trekking he’s done for a while but i love it and feel so revived to be out in nature so much again!

One thing we are realising so much is how we have created a digital nomad life! We’ve travelled so much in the last 2 years and we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity we get to still earn money and be at 5200 meters!

We want everyone to experience this life because it truly is so magical

All our love to our friends and family
