Are you running on empty?
If so why do you choose to live this way?
I get it you have responsibilities, potentially those that are dependent on you but its time to stop using them as an excuse.
The longer you leave it to start making Self Care your number 1 priority the more pain and more costly it will be to get yourself back on track and it may be too late.
Here are 3 simple tips.
1) Be honest with yourself look at your daily, weekly and monthly calendar and se if there is anything you can stop doing.
You are going to have to be real honest here eg are you doing things because you feel obliged but your heart says not to?
Here is an easy exercise when you are looking at that list and I'm not talking about basic chores like washing clothes, taking the bins out etc but things beyond the basic routine.
Look at that thing on your list and feel into your body. How does that make you feel any feeling of withdrawal or tenseness is your body's sign to stop and reevaluate.
You never have to justify to anyone why you change, people that really care about you will understand
2) Leverage is Key what can you outsource people are fascinated with saving money but reality is time is the most precious thing.
For example I have a Virtual Assistant (who is awesome by the way incase you are reading this Angelica), there are things that i could do to save money but I hate them, I'm not good at them, they frustrate me and I am not productive at all with them so I outsource them, that frees up 20 hours per week for me to do other things which this last two years has come in super handy with going back to full time studying and starting another business.
3) Reevaluate at least every quarter, as humans we get stuck in patterns sometimes these patterns are great for us, othertimes they are extremely detrimental, the more you practise full body listening the better you get, it will get to a point that instantly you can know when something is too draining for you.
The thing is many have lost the ability to live in joy, maybe there is a deep feeling that we are not worthy of it or some deluded theory that as an adult we need to be more serious, yes serious in the point of we have to pay our bills but when was the last time you laughed at yourself and your behaviour.
If you looked from the outside most of our patterns would be comical especially how good we are at convincing ourselves we are right.
You charge your phone every time its running low, why don't you treat yourself with the same respect?
Difference is once you are empty and I can say this from personal experience it's a rough road to bring yourself back to your former self.
Please don't wait till burnout like I did, truly its not worth it.
You deserve to be Happy and Fulfilled
