As a CHEK Practitioner we use the 1,2,3,4 Coaching Model so i thought I would give you all a brief explanation of what it entails
1 Love - First we establish our clients dream, really get to the deep core of what their heart desires. This in itself is a challenge for a lot of people as when we dive a little deeper many people realise they have actually lost touch with want they really want.
2 Forces - This is the Ying and the Yang of life complimentary opposites, the duality that creates the balance we see in our world
we help our clients understand this so they can see where they spend the dominant amount of time in, and what can help bring them back into balance. This is quite a fun part as lots of realisations happen here.
3 Choices - Optimal, Sub Optimal, Indifferent/ do nothing,
The optimal choice is the best for you and everyone on your dream team
Sub optimal choice is usually done in hast, its a quick decision, its often a chance to learn and gives us an opportunity to do something different next time.
Indifferent is the worst choice, its means you don't care your apathetic,it causes stagnation and can cause disease
Do nothing is sometimes is a great option as it gives us more time to gather information and access a situation before committing to a choice
