Unfortunately this is what was previously prized as successful, its a classic trap many including myself have fallen into.
Always working to one day.
One day I'll get there, one day I can slow down, one day I'll rest, one day I'll be happy.
For most though one day never comes though as they burn the candle at both ends by the time they are ready to do all the things their heart really desires they are too unwel their body is broken or they are dead.
I was one of the lucky ones i had my near death experience when my body had the reserves to come back. I had ignored it for years till one day it shut down and it took a good part of 7 years to get my pizazz and energy back.
Whilst it was bloody brutal I am so glad as now I have a really clear beacon of when I am off track,
it also makes me a bloody good coach, blunt but good as can clearly see the brick wall clients are moving towards if they don't change their direction quickly.
Most people want to but they don't know how, most often people fail because they go full pelt the exact same way that got them to where they are, then they don't have the energy to continue so they give up and feel even worse about themselves.
This is where I come in, pattern recognition comes easy to me now so I can give them a few steps every session but those few steps get major life lasting results.
Life is supposed to be playful and fun not exhausting and overwhelming.
You only get one shot at this don't throw it away.
