I am worth Happiness 

As a CHEK Practitioner our role is merely to guide you back into remembering your unique natural rhythm.

Our society in the west is largely overly YANG dominant which means we have become human doings rather than human beings.

This is ultimately the matrix structure which is purposely designed to have us running on empty and survival mode.

Many have however realised this goes against who they are and are working to break out of this paradigm.

Someone stubborn like me needed my body to literally say NO MORE, you are not treating me this way anymore and if you do you wont be on this earthly plane for much longer, others its through a mental breakdown, some through deaths of those they love, accidents, a relationship breakdown, hitting a financial wall or many of these at once.

Whatever it is we seem to need some type of a massive wake up call.
Our Yang Society wears the badge of busier is better, there is also the myth of busier equals more productive.

The problem with this ideology is that if you don't allow space there is no time for reflection so you could be busy doing it the hard way e.g The Aussie Battler, The Lone Wolf and the opportunity for everything you have ever dreamed of is waiting right beneath your nose but your just to bloody proud to realise it.

Most of this time its because we are living up to someone else's version of who we are suppose to be generally its our parents our peers or society.

The most important question is are you happy? Are you fulfilled?

If the answer is no don't blame anyone else you created this and only you can change this.

The easiest thing about being a coach is that the solutions are generally not that drastic they are subtle shifts that people just can't seem to see, the hardest thing about being a coach is most people are too stubborn to admit they are the bad guy/girl in the story and they have been sabotaging themselves as they don't feel good or worthy enough.

The choice is really yours
