I really love the USA such a vast difference between every single state.
I learnt so much about myself on this trip and it was really when I was getting into my spirituality and felt super healthy.
My meditation practice has changed now though for me now its just being in the moment of everything I do, which I am by no means anywhere near perfect my mind still races.
Living on land you realise how important a meditative presence is.
Eg if you aren't in a meditative focus whilst using the chainsaw, whipper snipper, ride on mower things can go pretty bad quickly.
Weeding is the number 1 meditation practise that I love to hate.
Many people meditate because they want bring inner peace, problem is their life is chaotic so its only a band aid solution, the key is to meditate in the chaos and remove the chaos that does not need to be in your life.
Do you really need to be that busy and wear it like a badge of honour?
Is what your eating and drinking causing your mind and emotions to be in chaos?
Do you really need to watch that extra netflix episode?
Whats could you remove from your life and what could you make into a meditative practise?
