Permaculture factors in many things but the basic concept is to make everything flow and make your life easier and so that you actually use things.
Eg if it's something you use daily or frequently you want it close being able to see it even better.
So when your thinking of the perfect herb to make your meal next level or wanting a cup of tea you look put the window and say yep that will do.
