The new SociAL Norm

When I look around I see adrenal fatigue everywhere. It has become the social norm.

This has increased 100 fold in the last year. I've talked before about the little things that creep up on you and eventually hit a tipping point for your adrenals however major crisis can do this too. 

Especially if there is not enough recovery time between these events.
I have put tick beside each of the ones that have occurred in my life and i invite you to do the same.

Its only now that I am deep into my studies that I am correlating these events and how after each one my life force never went to what it was before them.
How i got myself stuck in a exhaustion loop that I could really never see a way out of.

At the beginning I wasn't depressed i was just beyond tired, which let to being depressed as all I wanted was more energy.
I frequently was saying to myself things like I've got no energy, I wish I had more energy.

However for anyone who is in this downward spiral there is hope.
Throughout the 10+ years that adrenal fatigue has severely impacted my life. I have learnt a few things and will be sharing them with you.
One of the most relieving things for me though was understanding I wasn't crazy. Adrenal fatigue is a real thing and it is at epidemic levels in our society.
