the first step is acknowledgement

If you have experienced any of these then your adrenals have taking a battering.

Our body is super human and can recover from any of these traumas.

Problem is when we have multiple traumas in close succession.
Our society is not designed to give us time to rest.

When was the last time you had a good paid month off after your body went through major shock.

For most people it's never.

Allostatic load is another major contributor ultimately it means chronic stress, over time our adrenals just burn out.

Most people including me just then get stuck in a loop of dragging themselves out of bed and feeling exhausted throughout the entire day.

We keep going this way until we have a major illness or accident to wake us up.

If you are adrenally fatigued the first step is acknowledgement.

Just understand their is hope to get your old vital self back.
