When we don't have enough water flowing through us our body has to prioritize what organs are most important for survival.
However on the flip side when we are fully hydrated we move towards optimal health.
The thing is it's easy to do and easy not to do.
Here's a little tip have your favourite oils for water right beside the place you pour your water from, the oils add a slight flavour to the water which entices the senses and has you coming back for more.
Now here's the important part, this is not your kitchen oils that's separate we want a visual reminder that is less than one arm length away otherwise half the time you won't do it.
When you are hydrated your body is flowing with goodness, you will have more energy and eat less junk and this will lead to better moods and a healthier body shape.
