Vegetable Oil

Here is a simple step by step guide how to use vegetable oils.
Fact: Ever since low fat diets and vegetable oils have been introduced the rate of heart disease and chronic illness has increased dramatically.
You have heard the saying oils ain't oils this is as true as it is for your car as it is for your body.
Some would even suggest your body is more important than your car.
Buying the best quality oils and fats for your body is going to dramatically improve your health.
Organic Coconut oil, butter and tallow are my favourites followed by macadamia nut oil to cook with.
I use olive oil and ghee to drizzle on things but I don't cook with olive oil as it doesn't have a high enough heat tolerance so can be detrimental if heated.
