Dr. Movement 2

Dr Movement - Whilst the world has gone a little coconuts remember that world does not need to be yours.

When we get in our head it can be a really fast downward spiral from there.

Becoming anchored and grounded in your body is the solution.

Its quite simple really.

The Mind Thinks
The Body Knows

actually thats a good quote im claiming that haha.

Many of us are either living in the past or living in the future.

Here is two examples.

There seems to be a split in society right now.

A group of people who believe that the world will go back to the way that it used to be. They are living in a denial in the past as that world is now gone.

There is another group of people that are living in the future, You could call them preppers I can easily fall into this trap as I am an intuitive.

To briefly explain an intuitive they are someone that can see, feel know potential futures.

Its really interesting as now as much as there is some tough times ahead Humanity will prevail and many of us will jump to the most kick ass timeline ever.

However their is a catch.

Those living in the past will not make it as they haven't opened the door to the new world they are too busy living in the new world order.

Those who live in the future will also not make it. The only way through is to be present and feel it all.

Moving your body is the quickest way to get you out of your head whether you be more future orientated or past orientated and get you back in the present. The NOW

So my tip for what its worth is make movement a spiritual practise.

A dedication to becoming present. Find the movement that brings you back to the now and do it regularly.
