Did you know that most of the time you think you are hungry you are just thirsty.

Majority of our population is chronically dehydrated. When you are dehydrated the body pulls all the water it can into the organs that keep the body alive.

People are drinking lots of liquids but the only thing that hydrates you fully is water.

Tea, Coffee, soft drink, alcohol are not a replacement for water.

We should al be drinking 0.033 x your body weight in kilos as an absolute minimum per day.

Do the math are you drinking enough water?

Now that I have your attention not all water is the same. You have been sold a lie that fluoride in the water is good for your teeth.

But its actually a neurotoxin left over from WW2, they couldn't figure out a way to get rid of it so they decided to dilute it through the water supply.

It has many many serious adverse reactions far to many to list here.

I am going on 10 years now of not drinking fluoridated water, now we are on tank water so even showers which you also absorb fluoride and other nasty chemicals is not an issue.

You are over 70% water so fuel your body well
