Dr Quiet vs Dr Movement

As we face the very interesting paradigm of evolving / devolving a question often arises what do we do?

Do we stay so busy that we never stop to question are we on the right path individually or as a collective?

Do will sit in meditation and connect with the universe?

For me the answer is actually neither

The right balance of being and doing must be achieved.

Whilst we all run on auto pilot some more than others, this includes the patterns that serve our highest path but more than often keep us away from living our dream.

Especially as we are highly emotional beings many of our decisions are based on emotions and are generally knee jerk reactions.

Going for that junk food, getting triggered by loved ones or strangers, doing the same thing everyday even if if is not serving us.

Many people also do the opposite sit and meditate, do personal development, constantly search for who they truly are. Bliss bunnies that live in the now but do not have foresight as to when work is to be done.

creating the right flow for you is as individual as it comes it can change daily, monthly, seasonally or any other infinite possibilities.

For me a guiding principle is what brings me energy. What lights me up.

And when something triggers me is it because its not my path or because on the other side of that challenge is everything I have ever wanted and deserve.

So I question everything even questioning if I need to be questioning e.g am i complicating simple matters

Whenever I have become to rigid on any one path It has always come crashing down and also whenever I have not truly committed the same result.

We live in a complex world which is also simple by nature.

If we just listen to our body it will guide us home.

So ask yourself this Do I need to pause more or do I need to do move my body to connect deeper into my truth.

Here are some examples of some of my experiences

Thinking I need to meditate when by gardening, working out I am more connected then just sitting.

Feeling hungry when I am just thirsty

Going on the internet to find the truth then realizing its inside me and I am wasting my time

Wanting to share all I know rather than listening to others

Thinking I am have control of my emotions till a mosquito comes near me
